Obama cut Egypt democracy funds, compared to Bush

I blogged earlier that the U.S. began destabilization or regime change efforts for Egypt in 2008. I cited Telegraph of UK reports for that post.

Today come reports that the Barack Obama administration cut back from more generous George W. Bush funding efforts for building democracy in Egypt,
